- Missing coins first reported after the 72 hours have passed
- Transfer market bans, account bans or other action EA takes on your account
- FC Points, packs, players or anything else that was not part of your order

We check the order against your club, then send the missing coins again or refund the amount for them.
How the 72 hours work
The 72 hours run from delivery. Use them to check your club's balance against what you ordered, ideally once straight away and again a day or so later. If coins from the order have gone, tell us before the 72 hours are up. We look at the order and your club, confirm what is missing and put it right. The same cover applies on every platform and to both delivery methods.
Why we offer it, and where it stops
Buying coins is against EA's rules, and EA can remove coins it believes were bought. We can't stop that from happening, and we don't pretend the risk is zero. What we can do is stand behind the coins we deliver for a fixed period, so you are not left out of pocket if they vanish soon after.
The guarantee covers coins, not your account. It does not cover penalties EA places on a club, and it does not replace your rights under UK consumer law, which apply in full.
