How Comfort Trade delivery works

Comfort Trade is the quickest route for most orders, because nothing waits on you. Here's what happens, step by step.

1. You pay and send your details. Once you've paid, send us the email and password for your EA account and a set of backup codes. Have them ready before you buy so the order can start straight away.
2. We sign in through the Web App. One of our team opens your club in the browser version of Ultimate Team. A backup code clears EA's login check, so nobody sits waiting for a code in your inbox.
3. The coins move. We trade the coins into your club on the transfer market in ordinary amounts. Orders up to 2M are usually done within 10–45 minutes. Larger ones go in batches over a few hours.
4. We sign out and confirm. You get a message on live chat once the full amount is in. Change your password and make new backup codes to keep your account safe.

When you next sign in, your new FC 27 coins are waiting in your balance. Until our message arrives, please stay out of Ultimate Team on every device. Signing in yourself can close our session and hold up the delivery.

How Player Auction delivery works

With Player Auction you keep your login and do the listing yourself, so the time it takes depends mostly on how quickly you act.

1. You get a player and a price. After payment we send you the card to list and the exact figure to use.
2. You list it. Put that player on the transfer market from your console, the Web App or the companion app. Check the figure before you confirm, since a typo could let another buyer grab the card.
3. We buy it. We pick up your listing and the FC 27 coins go into your club.
4. Repeat until done. We send the next player, round after round, until the order is complete.

What affects delivery time

• Order size. Up to 2M FC 27 coins usually fits in one 10–45-minute window. Bigger orders are split into batches on purpose: a steady flow of normal-sized trades is the safe way to move a large amount.
• Platform. Consoles and PC have separate transfer markets, and each moves at its own pace, so timings can differ a little between them.
• Time of day. Evenings, weekends and big promo launches tend to be the busiest spells on the market, and trades can take a bit longer then.
• EA's checks. EA watches the market for unusual trading. We pace every order so your club's trading stays ordinary, because a slower delivery beats one that draws attention and risks a ban.
• Your details. A changed password, used-up backup codes or a locked market will pause a Comfort Trade until it's sorted.

How to track your order

Live chat is the quickest way to check on an order. Send your order number and we'll tell you where it stands, any time of day or night. On a Comfort Trade, we message you when your FC 27 coins are in. On a Player Auction, you can watch each sale land in your own club. If your delivery runs late

Start with the usual suspects. Are you signed in to Ultimate Team somewhere? Has your password changed, or have the backup codes been used? Is the transfer market still open on your club? Any of these can stall an order.
