What moves the price
Your platform
PS5 and PS4 share one market, Series X|S and One share another, and PC runs its own. Each market has its own supply of FC 27 coins, so each gets its own rate.
Order size
It doesn't change the rate. From 100K to 20M you pay the same per coin, so 1M costs exactly ten times 100K. No bulk discount, no small-order surcharge.
Point in the season
FC 27 coins are scarce after launch and in big promo weeks, and the rate climbs with demand. Quieter spells between events usually bring it back down.
What sets the price of FC 27 coins
The figures in the table come from our partner Onlyfarms, whose secure storefront handles checkout. The date under the table shows when they were last refreshed. Behind those numbers sits the market for FC 27 coins inside Ultimate Team.
Coins are earned by playing: matches, objectives, Squad Building Challenges and trading on the transfer market. Whether you call them FUT coins, FC coins or FIFA coins, it is one currency, and its rate reflects how many coins are around against how many players want them. Four things move it.
- Platform. Each platform has a market of its own. A glut of coins on one does nothing for the others.
- Stage of the season. In the first weeks after launch, few coins exist and everyone is building a team at once. As the months pass, more coins are earned and the rate usually settles.
- Promos. A big promo sends players hunting for new cards. Demand for coins jumps for a few days, then fades.
- Everyday demand. A challenge with a strong reward, a popular Evolution or a sought-after card in packs can pull coins out of clubs within days.
None of these is under our control. That is why this page shows today's rate rather than a fixed list that goes stale.
How much is 1M, 500K or 100K?
You pay one rate per coin, whatever the size of the order. There is no volume discount and no extra charge on small orders, so a million FC 27 coins costs exactly ten times 100K, and half a million costs exactly five times.
On PC, 100K costs £7.00 today and a full million comes to £70.04. On console, 100K costs £7.65 on either console, and a million comes to £76.48 on PlayStation or Xbox. The same sum works for any amount of FC 27 coins up to 20M, and the calculator on our order form does it for you as you type.
Those pound amounts are an estimate. Checkout runs in euros, so your bank converts the charge on the day, and some UK cards add a non-sterling transaction fee on top. If you want the exact figure, check it at checkout before you confirm. Our payment methods page covers this in more detail.
When are FC 27 coins cheaper?
Coin rates follow a similar pattern most seasons, and anyone who bought FIFA coins in past years will recognise it. A little timing can stretch your budget.
- Launch weeks are the dearest. Rates for FC 27 coins usually start high and drift down once the whole player base is earning.
- Promo launches push rates up. Most promos go live on a Friday evening, UK time, and demand for coins peaks over that first weekend.
- The days before a promo help in another way. Players list cards to raise funds, so card values on the transfer market often dip. FC 27 coins bought then go further, even if the coin rate itself has not moved.
- Quiet weeks between events are when rates tend to be calmest.
- Late in the season the game is full of coins and rates are usually at their lowest. The trade-off is fewer months left to enjoy the team you build.
Our promo calendar lists the events that are confirmed and the ones we expect, so you can plan around them. One caveat: the cheapest week is rarely the week you need the coins. If the card you want is on the transfer market now, its value can move faster than the coin rate does.
Why the lowest rate is not always the best deal
It is tempting to sort by price and take the top result. A rate far below everyone else's can be a sign that corners are cut somewhere: coins dumped into a club in one big lump, no cover if a delivery goes wrong, or nobody to answer when an order stalls.
Before you compare two offers, check three things alongside the rate:
- How the coins are moved, and whether big orders are split up.
- What happens if the coins go missing after delivery.
- Whether a real person answers when you need help, at any hour.
No seller can make buying FIFA coins risk-free, because coin trading is against EA's rules. What a seller can control is how safely the FC 27 coins reach you. We move them in ordinary amounts, split big orders into batches and usually deliver within 10–45 minutes. Every order is covered by our 72-hour guarantee, and live chat is staffed 24/7. Our safety guide explains what to do after delivery to keep your club out of trouble.
Coin prices on each platform
PS5 and PS4 share one club and one transfer market. Series X|S and One do the same. That means one rate for FC 27 coins covers both generations of each console. Right now PlayStation and Xbox sit at the same rate, which is why the table shows them in a single column.
On computer, the EA app, Steam and Epic versions all trade in one market, but never with console clubs. That price follows its own supply and can sit above or below the console one. FC 27 coins cannot move between platforms either, so order for the one where your club lives.
For details on each, see our pages for PlayStation coins, Xbox coins and PC coins.
Got coins you no longer need?
Coins do not carry over to next year's game, so a stash of FUT coins left at the end of the season is worth nothing once the new one starts. We are setting up a way to turn spare FC 27 coins into money. Our coin buy-back page explains how it will work and what you will need.
