How to pay for FC 27 coins
Pay by card or phone wallet on our partner Onlyfarms' secure checkout. Here is what each method involves, which currency you are charged in and how refunds work.
Visa
Debit and credit cards from any UK bank. Your bank may ask you to approve the payment in its app before it goes through.
Mastercard
Works the same way as Visa, debit or credit. Keep your phone close in case your bank sends a one-time code or an approval request.
Apple Pay
Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode on iPhone, iPad or Mac. Your card number is not shared with the seller.
Google Pay
Pay with a card saved to your Google account, on Android or in Chrome, without typing the card number in.
Which currency you pay in
Checkout runs on our partner Onlyfarms' storefront, which charges in euros. The pounds you see on this site are an estimate at today's exchange rate, and so are dollars if you switch currency at the top of the page.
If your card is in pounds, your bank converts the euro amount at its own rate on the day. Some UK cards also add a non-sterling transaction fee, so check with your bank if you need the exact figure before you pay.
How payment security works
Your card details go straight to the payment provider that runs the checkout. Futcoin never sees or stores your full card number. With Apple Pay and Google Pay, the wallet confirms the payment on your own device as well.
Your bank may also ask you to confirm the payment through its app, a text code or your fingerprint. That check comes from your bank, not from us, and it is a normal part of paying online in the UK.
We will never ask for card details in live chat or by email. If anyone does, it is not us.
Refunds
If an order qualifies for a refund under our 72-hour guarantee or our refund policy, the money goes back to the method you paid with: the same card, or the card behind your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank. Questions about a payment? Live chat is open 24/7.
